Membership Information




Body Sculpt: 60 minutes of toning the entire body using steps, balls, free weights. This is an all over body work-out! Tone the core along with upper and lower body!

Spin/Sculpt: 30 minutes cardio Spinning class followed by 30 minutes of floor exercises using free weights for toning. You get the best of both with this class!!!

Spinning: 60 minutes of calorie burning on a Spinning bike during a mind and body journey. This is an excellent workout for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Washboard Abs: 30 minutes of intense exercise targeting the abdominal muscles. Use of balls, bars, and bands incorporated into this short burst of intensity!

Turbo Kick® - Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it and you can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour! The unique Turbo Kick® movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give YOU the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will melt fat and reshape your body.

Yoga - Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve peacefulness of body and mind, helping you relax and manage stress and anxiety. Yoga has many styles, forms and intensities. Hatha yoga, in particular, may be a good choice for stress management. Hatha is one of the most common styles of yoga, and beginners may like its slower pace and easier movements. Most people can benefit from any style of yoga — it's all about your personal preferences.

Zumba: 60 minutes of high energy Latin dancing combined with interval and resistance training for a full-body rhythmic work-out! High energy fun while dancing, burning calories and toning.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Feel The Burn with a class that involves short high-intensity bursts of cardio followed by intervals of power sculpting moves! This class will really get your heart pumping, and your body into shape while keeping it guessing!

PILOXING®: An exciting fitness program that blends the best of Pilates, Boxing and Dance into a high-energy interval workout. Using the most current science, PILOXING® incorporates formats such as interval and barefoot training to burn maximum calories and increase stamina.

In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves, which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. PILOXING® uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates, which combines to provide a muscle-toning workout.
